By using this website, you agree to these terms. The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It describes our coaching and development services and reflects our general approach and point of view. It is not professional, legal, financial, or psychological advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a coaching, consulting, or advisory relationship. Coaching and development outcomes depend on many factors, and nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on information here. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and are not liable for errors, interruptions, or any loss arising from its use. Privacy Policy

Warrick Company ("Warrick," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a referral introduction, schedule a call, or contact us, we collect the details you provide. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, organization, and anything you write in a message field.

Information from scheduling and community tools. If you book a call or join a community space we host, we collect the information needed to set that up, such as your contact details and your scheduling preferences.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar tools for this. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and referrals

Schedule and deliver our coaching and development services

Send you emails or text messages you have asked to receive

Understand how our site is used so we can improve it

Meet our legal and accounting obligations

If you receive emails or texts from us, you can opt out at any time. Respond with a request to be removed from our lists and we will remove you from unnecessary communication. We will still send you messages directly related to a service you have engaged us for.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with trusted service providers who help us run our business. These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed. They include our customer relationship and scheduling platform, our email and document systems, our community platform, our analytics tools, and our billing provider.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

A note on confidentiality

This privacy policy governs information collected through our website, scheduling, and marketing systems. It is separate from the confidentiality that applies within an active coaching relationship. The terms of that confidentiality are addressed in your coaching agreement, not in this policy.

Information about young people

Warrick provides services to adults at organizations, including the leadership of some K-12 school districts. Our site and services are for and directed at those adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not collect or process student records through our website.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through our site.
