HOW WE HELPED – We discovered that this company did not need a stronger culture they needed stronger leaders. After forming a partnership with the HR Manager, we designed five work sessions to compliment their companies values.  Each of the functional senior managers went through a 360-degree leadership assessment and a coaching conversation that helped them see how their individual leadership growth would level-up the entire organization.
