I moved into my first leadership position nearly a year ago and I have the good fortune to work somewhere that was able to partner me with Warrick. At the time, I was really struggling to wrap my mind around the transition from a high performer on my team to trying to lead that team. Looking back on the tornado that my life was in those first few months I can remember with great fondness my scheduled sessions with the Warrick team because of the calmness and clarity that I felt after those calls.
